I thrive on being challenged and leading my teams to constantly to review theirs and others normality with outside the box thinking - there is always a better way.Led international high performing teams of various sizes, delivering business as usual financial control and commercial functions, and also transformation / change programmes.I\'m passionate about health and wellbeing and am proud to have been appointed to a Board of Trustees of a charity that I am energised to be responsible for decisions that are directly impacting peoples lives.I am enthusiastic about technology in business, driving change and constantly delivering projects throughout my career, from designing a global SAP & NetSuite back office solutions. Moving onto finance specifics such as Blackline, OCRVIM, BCM. I also thrive in applying my experiences to non-finance technologies such as front end websites (Magento, Hybris), Procurement (Ariba), Service desk (ServiceNow), Employee services (Concur, Workday, Rydoo) Through to more recently technologies such as S4 Hana, Tableau reporting, robotics (Automation Anywhere and UiPath) and Enterprise Performance Management Software (Celonis).
