Most recently, served as CFO of EXO, a PE-backed infrastructure inspection and engineering services company serving utilities, grid infrastructure, lighting systems, renewable generation and transmission, conventional power generation, and telecom networks. Over five years, I helped grow the business from $15M to $75M in revenue with EBITDA expanding 3x from $6M to $18M, and executed two recapitalizations returning $85M to the PE sponsor. Key Professional Accomplishments at EXO: • Built scalable financial infrastructure including the entire accounting and finance team, recruiting and developing a staff of 5 to 8 professionals • Implemented NetSuite ERP across three entities, including kitting inventories for project-level costing and a project absorption costing system using hourly standard costs to deliver profitability visibility at the individual project level • Designed executive dashboards covering liquidity, utilization, operational finance, and project performance vs. estimate, providing real-time visibility into cash position, workforce utilization, and field-level profitability • Led the acquisition and integration of a wood inspection and services company, growing the business line 3x in two years • Negotiated $22M in credit facilities, cut DSO from 90+ to 45 days and grew DPO from 10 to 45 days, funding growth through operating cash flow rather than equity Before EXO, I served as CFO at A&B Valve and Piping Systems, growing revenue from $23M to $80M and returning 75% of the investment basis to owners within 22 months. Prior, I held finance leadership roles across oilfield services, offshore drilling, manufacturing, and large-scale international infrastructure, including the $5.2B Panama Canal expansion. I have extensive experience within PE ownership structures, including board reporting, value creation planning, covenant compliance, and exit positioning.
