In this role I have responsibility for managing the project management function of the agency, as well as IT, finance, procurement, and logistics. I am responsible for a team of 11 people, and have budgetary responsibility in a number of areas of the business. I am the longest-serving member of the operational management team, and I am also involved across the wider group with shaping IT strategy, cybersecurity, compliance, and implementing technologies (such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana, Jira, HubSpot) and processes to help us be more efficient. I\'m currently working on standardising platforms across our 500+ person group, and building data pipelines using platform APIs, Python, SQL, and various AWS products so that we can accurately access real-time performance and utilisation data.
