Vendor and Supplier Management - Managing contractors onsite ensuring all paperwork is in place prior to arrival to the building, and upon completion of works. Supporting and collaborating with contractor sourcing team and managing supplier performance through discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review. Legislative compliance – ensuring full compliance with regards to ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO45001, preparing for both internal and external audits. Monitoring contractors to ensure the correct paperwork is in place following PPM or reactive works. Ensuring enough fire marshals and first aiders are trained and available to cover the requirements of the building. Workplace Management – managing Day-to-day aspects of the workplace environment including facilities, mailroom, reception, concierge, m&e, security, catering, and cleaning. Ensuring all subcontractors follow policies, operational rules, and procedures. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully completing reaccreditation audits for ISOs 14001, 27001 and 45001, gaining just one observation across the two audits. Overseeing a full multi-million-pound refurbishment of the building that changed the working focus of our European HQ whilst minimising impact to the customers. Safely and effectively creating a Covid-safe environment for staff members to return to the office when it was safe to do so. Creation of an emergency response plan detailing our in-depth responses to various scenarios and implementing scenario tests accordingly.
