As an Implementation Specialist at ADP, I specialize in onboarding ADP\'s most high maintenance clients. I expertly provide white-glove service to a list of over 200 small business clients as a dedicated support specialist over their first 60 days with ADP. In addition to this, I am routinely hand picked for special projects and pilots, while welcoming the added responsibility with open arms. I have routinely been a company-wide top performer starting in April 2024, and was the top Small Business IS in the entire company for July of 2024. In addition to my daily responsibilities, I am proud to have been chosen as a new hire mentor in the summer of 2024.
