Over 30 years of professional experience. Functional silo experience was in sales and marketing. Twenty five years of senior-level management experience predominantly at the executive staff level. Twenty-one years of managing businesses with full P&L responsibility, providing me solid general management experience as well as considerable knowledge and expertise in all facets of a manufacturing business. My leadership responsibilities have provided extensive involvement in: driving continuous improvement in a structured and disciplined manner; identifying and implementing training and development programs; honing management practices; developing talent management and succession planning; refining channel management development and programs; managing distribution channels and partnerships; overseeing international supply (Europe & India) and marketing agreements; and engaging in joint venture and acquisition activities; and major capital programs (in excess of $44M within a 5-year period). Completed an international assignment (secondment) with parent company in Croydon, Surrey, U.K.(London), as Director of Operations (20••••08), while remaining President of North America (2004 - present) for Zotefoams Inc.(Walton, KY). Also a non-executive Director (Board of Directors) for MuCell Extrusion LLC, a new joint venture (70%/30%) between Trexel Inc. and Zotefoams Inc. that was established July 2008 and subsequently completely acquired March 2011, Zotefoams Midwest LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zotefoams Inc.), and Heritage Bank, a $1B community bank operating in throughout five (5) counties in northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan market. Lived abroad (Germany, Belgium, and in the United Kingdom) for eight years of my life and in eleven different places within the U.S.A. during my professional career. Committed to lifelong learning and continual growth, development and improvement. Absolutely passionate about business and consider it a hobby, not work.
