Closed land sales exceeding $100M across 1,040+ acres, including a $40M / 607-acre transaction to Redwood Materials supporting a $3.5B, 1,500-job investment — the largest in South Carolina’s history.• Direct a 16-person property management team overseeing land acquisition for power and water infrastructure, surplus property sales, leasing lake-oriented properties, acres of FERC-licensed lands, 70+ public access points, and acres of timberland.• Acquire land rights for power and water infrastructure, including generation sites, transmission corridors, substations, and water towers.• Collaborate on large-scale power load requests and agreements with major industrial users.• Secured federal and state grants for redevelopment of public amenities including parks, trails, and a national veterans cemetery.• Guided property donations and long-term leases for parks, recreation centers, wildlife refuges, and emergency services, including brownfield redevelopment of a former power plant.• Created and implemented Santee Cooper’s first strategic real estate plan, generating $5M+ annually outside Camp Hall.
