   Similar to my role I\'ve had in the past as the Regional Sales Director I\'m back in the coaching and managing and leading role as the Area Director of the North. The North Area is comprised of 10 outside sales managers in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas and most of Canada. Ontario being the main focus but hopefully making it back to Manitoba and out to The Maritimes sometime soon. Tough but fair is still the mantra to achieve goals on the team. We will hold each other accountable and I plan to do a little less scoreboard tracking for the team than my last go around and more 1 on 1 goal setting and \"I can\" and \"I will\" statements. Pretty simple routine I grabbed from kids 2nd grade teacher. They routinely tied their tasks back to a foundational goal and we\'ll do this on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc basis to stay focused on The Main Thing at GolfNow. We will challenge the status quo, we will encourage getting better and growing at becoming better sellers. I will make a daily task to remove obstacles and fight thru the shrapnel of a big organization to allow the sellers to sell and account managers to manage.
