My overarching role means I provide pre-construction, design and project management solutions for HG. Project involvement begins from concept or feasibility and carries on through to completion of a development.Designs are carefully managed in order to provide a scheme which works in terms of buildability as well as being cost effective for the client. I will guide a team of consultants through all stages of the design process, starting from feasibility studies and developing into planning, tendering and construction information.I am advocate for technology and modern methods of construction. My background in modular offsite manufacturing means that innovative construction techniques are always considered when developing the best solution for a project.From start to finish of a project, all aspects are led impeccably including- Managing the bid process- Identifying potential sites for development- Management of cost plans and budgets- Producing programmes and schedules- Statutory compliance- Coordination of consultant and subcontractor design information.
