ABOUT DAN BRADLEY ROMP
For over 12 years, I have been the Owner and Franchise Director of Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care, a leading provider of senior and home care services in the nation. I am passionate about offering high-quality and compassionate care to seniors and other clients who need assistance with daily living. I am also an Ambassador and a Top Fundraiser for the National MS Society, where I share their mission and vision of creating a world free of multiple sclerosis.In June 2024 I was hired by TG Thereaputic Briumvi as a advocate and ambassador. Traveling across the country meeting top neurologist and newly diagnosed MS patients. Speaking about my life living with MS for over 19 years. It is very humbling, and I am very blessed and grateful to be able to help others that are struggling worse than me.In my current role, I oversee the operations, marketing, and growth of my franchise, which offers a comprehensive range of care services, such as personal care, companion care, respite care, and Alzheimer\'s and dementia care. I manage a team of qualified and professional caregivers, who I train and support to ensure they deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, I leverage my skills in new business development, team building, and networking to establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and potential customers. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow my business and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
