Factory Operations Manager @Avara Foods

In this role I am responsible for all factory operations across a 6 day, 100 hour working week. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and welfare of all colleagues on site, bird welfare, food safety, legislative adherence and factory performance/efficiency. I have a team of 4 senior managers who run the factory on a day to day basis with around 500 indirect reports across 7 functions.
