Dan Barrile is a licensed commercial real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience. Dan joined John R. Wood Properties in 2024 to become the Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Island Palm Region. Dan possesses a broad background in national and regional commercial real estate. Early in his career, he specialized in retail leasing and sales with Judge Realty in their Savannah Historic District Office. Dan relocated to Ft. Myers in 2011 and was one of the original members at Keller Williams - Fort Myers and The Islands where he spent nine years and was responsible for the acquisition and/or disposition of over SF of commercial space in excess of $89 Million.Dan specializes in finding investment-grade, net-leased investments and Class A office buildings in major Florida markets including Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Tampa and Orlando. Dan assisted The Fort Myers Beach Fire Control District in acquiring land to build their new Fire Station. Dan attributes his success in Commercial Real Estate to his responsiveness, uncompromised integrity, market knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service.
