Senior Architectural Technologist @ Axiom ArchitectsChartered Architectural Technologist MCIATUniversity Degree: Architectural Technology (BA Hons)I am a self-motivated, determined and passionate individual with extensive experience delivering various construction projects from inception through to completion - committed to delivering projects to exceed client’s expectations. I also continue to deliver on the 4 core pillars of design, management, practising and self-development.I am responsible for the development and control of design, identifying where I can add extra value for our customers whilst ensuring buildability and quality that meet statutory requirements.I collaborate to obtain all relevant information from external and internal partners and disseminate this effectively to our project teams, ensuring compliance, co-ordination and completeness to an agreed standard. I collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and customers, to establish project requirements, objectives and design criteria. I also share my experience by guiding, mentoring and imparting knowledge to other team members.Outside of work, I am an active property investor keen to expand my existing portfolio further in the south-west which keeps me busy and I enjoy long walks with my two cockapoos Marley & Ayla.
