141 W Jackson Blvd - The Chicago Board of Trade Building - Tenant Engagement & Relations- Tenant Onboarding & Retention: Welcome new tenants, introduce management team, and evaluate tenant survey results to recommend service improvements- Operations Support: Assist with daily building operations, inspections, vendor oversight, lease administration, and ensure compliance with life safety programs and legal requirements- Project Coordination: Support tenant improvement and capital projects, monitor contractor adherence to building standards, and assist with maintaining property value and efficiency-Financial Management: Assist with budgets, reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, rent collections, and ownership reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes-Vendor & Compliance Oversight: Manage service contracts, monitor vendor performance, ensure approvals/purchase orders/contracts are in compliance, and maintain accurate Energy Star data-Professional & Team Development: Identify training opportunities, support staff development, complete corporate and industry coursework, and stay active in industry organizations such as BOMA.
