Most recently, as Director of Total Rewards at Bagel Brands I have the privilege of leading multiple functions for the parent company for four breakfast brands; Einstein Bros, Bruegger’s Bagels, Noah’s NY Bagels, and Manhattan Bagels. We operate over 1,100 domestic locations in 48 states with employees. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Remington Hotels I led the global function that encompasses Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS for the company and its parent firm, The Ashford Group of Companies (AGC). AGC is a hospitality investment firm that owns and operates seven businesses in the hospitality industry, with a presence in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I have developed and implemented innovative and effective strategies to unify, optimize, and align the compensation and benefit programs across all portfolio companies and newly acquired subsidiaries. Through my leadership, our teams have reduced the benefits cost as a percent of payroll, increased the user retention rate, and enhanced the employee engagement and satisfaction. My mission is to create a culture of transparency and accountability that drives business performance and growth while delivering results aligned with organizational vision, financial capabilities, and economic conditions.
