   Contribute to and support the development, deployment and institutionalization of Engineering Standards into BU’s.• Consult with BU’s in Problem Solving and Engineering Work, as requested.• Participate in BU peer assists (PA), peer reviews (PR), and risk assessments (RA), as requested.• Support the BU’s to follow up on PA/PR/RA recommendations.• Coordinate with BU’s and New Ventures groups to provide detailed and documented well engineering designs and cost estimates.• Develop drilling programs for New Ventures drilling projects, as requested.• Work with Supply Chain Management to ensure proper technical specifications for drilling tools and services are included in applicable bid documents and contracts.• Maintain proficiency in drilling tools and services, and shares knowledge with the BU’s.• Identify and coordinate use of drilling best practices in BU’s, as applicable.• Manage and coordinate the development and updating of standards for Contractor Management, Risk Management/MOC, and Perfect Well Targeting.• Assist with new hire recruiting and orientation, as required.• Assist the BU’s on equipment QA/QC and evaluation of new technology.
