Since 1984 I have served my fellow citizens of Maryland through faithful service in the field of public and private law & security enforcement, such as; Baltimore County Auxiliary Police where I achieved the brevet rank of Captain, in the position of Precinct Commander of Auxiliary Police. Later I served as Baltimore City Special Police where I managed police patrol for subsidized inner city housing, where I achieved the rank of Major and position of Vice President of Operations for the private security agency employing the special police, I then served as Maryland State Special Police for assisted living facilities throughout the State as the Detective Sergeant in Command of Investigations. Throughout my many years of police and special police services I also conducted various private investigations where I solved numerous cases, and I continued to manage security and law enforcement personnel throughout Maryland for a private investigations & security organization. In 2016 I was Licensed by the State of Maryland and the Maryland State Police for Investigations and Private Security Company named Chesapeake Protective Services, Inc.
