I\'m currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives / Policy and Finance for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where my responsibilities focus on developing strategic partnerships in the areas of Workforce Development and Employment as SEPTA looks for proactive solutions to stay \"one step ahead\" of the major transformation of work and its meaning and purpose to individuals who call our organization\" home\". Prior to joining SEPTA, I worked in human resources and operations management positions at three large area corporations; AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Pep Boys, and Genesis Health Care. I possess over thirty years of corporate experience in multi-state operations, human resources and workforce solutions in the public transportation, retail, and health care industries.
