Lead Wichita exists to Equip, Inspire and Connect individuals, organizations and our community toward positive impact in South Central Kansas. We do this by hosting events such as the Wichita Prayer Breakfast, Global Leadership Summit, City Catalyst small groups, and more. Additionally, we are a part of the City Leaders Collective and are launching the State of our City Dashboard as a tool to organize individuals and organizations from all the sectors, especially the faith sector, to work together differently to see our City flourish. We believe that friendships/relationships, soul care of those in leadership positions, and a more focused strategy can help move our City to greater heights for all to flourish.
