About Damon Waller
Damon Waller is a graduate from Samford University with degrees in Finance, Management, and a concentration in Sports Marketing. Damon currently works as a Solutions Consultant based out of Phoenix, AZ for the PolyAI Technologies - a Voice AI solution. As a Technical Trainer for Noble Systems (now Alvaria), Damon displayed proven skills in customer expectation management, as well as solution delivery/design. From implementing Agent facing UI\'s to Inbound IVR flows, Damon not only adapted the solution to fit the customer\'s business needs, but also made large contributions to the Noble Systems Knowledgebase, allowing for the solutions to be documented for future use. After being promoted to a Solutions Engineer for Noble Systems, Damon supported the Global sales initiatives through demonstration design and delivery, as well as supporting Power User Group meetings and product enhancements. Designing and selling full Contact Center solutions, Damon developed a Global customer base using an array of solutions. Since departing Noble Systems, Damon turned his attention to the Conversational AI and Voice Assistant industry. Specializing in designing Voice Virtual Agents to solve Customer Service type interactions, Damon is helping to build out the US & Global customer base for PolyAI.
