I am a Senior Program Manager at Amazon on the Network Execution team, with over 13 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Retail. I have a strong track record of delivering complex and innovative projects that enhance Customer Experience, Operational Efficiency and Business Growth. I currently lead cross-functional stakeholder teams in delivering greenfield Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Centers. In previous roles, I have successfully launched over 20 3rd-party retail locations across various segments, such as grocery, sports, and education, delivering projects on average 3-4 days ahead of schedule. I have also partnered with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, test, and develop new technology and software features that improve the performance and functionality of Just Walk Out technology. Additionally, I have leveraged my previous experience in launching new Amazon Fulfillment Centers across the European Union and the United Kingdom, to drive design excellence, operational readiness, and quality and safety standards in all my projects.
