Over the past 24 years, Damon Johnston has helped over 2500 families achieve the dream of homeownership. Damon\'s business philosophy is quite different from most of his peers. In his words, “My job doesn\'t end at the closing table…it begins there.” He understands that he is helping his clients manage what is likely the largest debt they will ever have. He is committed to helping educate his clients as well as manage their mortgage debt over the long term. This philosophy has helped Damon create an environment in which nearly 100-percent of his business comes from referrals or past clients with new needs. Damon is extremely ethical and for him integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service are more than just catchwords - they are core business principles. He has built his business on these principles and, on a daily basis, continues to strive to improve the advice and level of service that he provides his clients. Damon places a high emphasis on service to his community. He regularly volunteers with his branch to prepare and serve dinner at Joshua Station in Denver, and works with Toys for Tots collecting donations during the holiday season. Damon and his wife Valerie live in Lakewood, CO and have 3 children (Sydney, Camryn and Braden).
