My purpose is to help navigate the New Way of Work. My responsibilities are to communicate our vision to our customers and employees, turn knowledge into actionable ideas, and work with customers to help them with their telecommunications technology. I spend most of my team working with my sales and service team to make sure we service the customers above all else. I\'m passionate about helping customers solve business problems using VoIP Phone Systems. As the technology landscape has evolved, we\'ve changed our product portfolio to include both best in class hosted telephone systems and premise VoIP based telephone systems. One of my biggest accomplishments was changing our financial model from a project based model to a service based monthly recurring model. Lastly, I\'m the driver behind implementing Entrepreneur Organization System (EOS) to help Tele-Data have structure to continue to grow and thrive.
