About Damon Roberts

I have fulfilled key roles on many iconic projects spanning the breadth of specialty aquatic engineering, from luxury resort pools to golf course lakes and streams to aquarium life support systems. I am experienced in project management, design direction, and in creating a collaborative team that interfaces seamlessly with other consultant team members. I have managed several projects from concept through construction documentation and then managed construction oversight. I have a served as CAD Manager creating corporate CAD Standards and implementation processes. I have developed internal training presentations for developing and furthering the understanding of aquatic engineering practice and procedures among the Cloward H2O staff. I have revised and developed technical written specifications and managed our specification library. I have help develop engineering tools that assist in the engineering of aquatic features and train staff in the proper implementation of these tools. In 2010 I became a partner in Cloward H2O. Specialties:Fluent in AutoCAD Fluent in Microsoft Office products.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat; Bluebeam; and REVIT.
