I am a full-time real estate broker/realtor specializing in residential real estate. I have earned considerable experience in the REO industry and have partnered with Freddie Mac and OCWEN as a listing agent. As a buyer\'s agent, I enjoy the process of locating properties for individuals and famlies in the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. I also have experience as a short sale negotiator, having worked with Bank of America, SunTrust, Huntington, GMAC, and other loan service providers. Other work experience includes property management and loan origination. I am the prototypical \"self-starter\". I have chosen commission-based sales opportunities since earning a Masters Degree from Butler Uniersity in 1994. My current objectives are to connect with change agents in the real estate, banking, and investment fields. I am currently affiliated with two investment firms that are acquiring single family homes to be utilized as rental properties with funds coming from self-directed IRA\'s and/or REIT\'s. I am seeking opportunities to work with banking professionals, attorneys, and private individuals who desire to partner with a professional real estate expert-whether it be as a buyer\'s agent, listing agent, or a conduit to liquidate properties in probate, etc. I have a background in advertising sales (electronic media, print, and outdoor); customer service;entrepreneurship, coaching, leadership and development.
