Damon Ramirez has over 20 years experience providing strategic and operational support, with significant focus in the development and resource management of staff. In his current role, Damon works closely with senior leadership in the controller operations group to identify and drive strategic initiatives as well as provide governance within the department and help drive the people experience.Formerly with PwC Enhances the employment experience and leadership engagement by supporting Internal Firm Services US IT in human resources including employee relations, special projects, performance management, employee development, and staff coaching.Prior to joining PwC in 2007, Damon worked in the resource management space in the shipping and telecom industries.He holds a B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville, and a M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management. Damon volunteers his time at South Tampa Little Leagues as a softball coach. He is also involved in many ministries at Christ the King Catholic Church.
