I love solving problems, finding solutions, and communicating clearly. Public affairs taught me how to engage audiences of every kind, whether that is the public, IT teams, finance officers, or senior stakeholders. The same skills that make for strong public affairs also drive effective project management: knowing the audience, managing crises, translating across groups, and delivering on deadline.I have contributed to major headquarters relocations, led multimillion-dollar initiatives, driven enterprise data system accreditation, overseen infrastructure projects, and improved technology integrations and workstreams that supported the greater good of employees across organizations. My experience includes building studios and modernizing digital asset management systems, but those are only part of a larger career of guiding projects from concept to execution. In every case, I focused on more than the immediate task. I looked for problems and opportunities others did not see and developed solutions that reduced risk, streamlined workflows, and improved long-term outcomes.That perspective includes both strategy and execution. Details matter in any industry. A project can look good on paper but fail in practice if stakeholder needs, technical realities, or user experience are overlooked. Planning ensures the solution works for the people who depend on it.At the end of the day, communication is the key. It moves projects forward, aligns stakeholders, and ensures results that last.
