As an operations manager, I have extensive experience (over 10 years) in developing and maintaining federal landscape maintenance contracts and maintaining large site, Federal Installations (Fort Bragg, NC, the largest single federal maintenance contract and Pope AFB),(14 years) hiring and uploading, training and development,(22 years) in the landscape industry and (24 years) in excellent Customer Service. I have received several awards and great recognition for quality service and management of Ft Bragg and Pope AFB by the Commanding Generals, and Picerne MH, now Corvias MH. With experience in grounds maintenance, turf management, stormwater management, fleet management, irrigation and landscape design and installation, I am a well rounded landscape operations, account and production manager. With numerous years of experience in Safety Management, responsible for both Federal and State safety and environmental readiness and inspections, I am a proven safety champion. My strengths also include an uncanny ability to team build, train and develope experienced and inexperienced crew members, crewleaders and supervisors and to create and implement processes to achieve high level efficiency while maintaining superior quality. I believe that no matter how great you are at your craft, you never stop developing and perfecting it, therefore, I am always looking forward to meeting new people and learning new things.
