I co-chair the nationwide Workers’ Compensation practice and counsel large insurers and self-insured employers. Along with my dynamic team, I work collaboratively with clients on plans for aggressive file closure, settlements, and nationwide risk management. We also develop and implement programs that target reducing costs involved with Medicare Set-Asides, opioids and other prescription drugs, long-tail claims, permanency awards, return-to-work issues, and emerging risks.In addition, and in line with Goldberg Segalla’s culture of collaborative innovation, we’ve also had great success working closely with the firm’s other practices to ensure clients receive coordinated representation for all their legal needs —tackling interrelated workers’ compensation, employment, traditional labor law, general liability, corporate and transactional, and other issues together.
