Damon Gross is Manager of Content & Editorial Operations for Freeport-McMoRan, a leading international mining company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. In his current role, Damon leads the team responsible for creating the content disseminated across the company’s internal and social channels.Prior to joining Freeport in 2021, Damon spent more than 20 years at Arizona Public Service, the state’s largest and longest-serving electric utility. During his tenure at APS, Damon held a variety of communications and community affairs leadership positions.Damon holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona. He has held board positions with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Damon also is Life Member with the Fiesta Bowl Committee.
