Co-ordinate a Conduct Strategy that puts customers’ interests at the heart of how we conduct business and treats customer fairly. Ensuring our core operating principles and processes are designed to deliver fair outcomes for all our customers. This includes the needs of our Vulnerable Customers. Monitoring how our customers behave, as they engage with ReAssure throughout the life of their policy, enabling us to refine our communications and evolve our proposition, to meet customers needs and deliver value for money. Embedding a culture where employees in all functions feel passionate about doing the right thing. Working together as one team, to proudly deliver fair outcomes to customers. Working closely with the IGC, looking after the needs of workplace customers and ensuring value for money outcomes.
