I championed the concept of a formal e-learning program by driving overall content strategy and leading the ongoing production of new videos and training assets for QuickBooks customers. As part of this effort, I’ve instilled a tech-enabled, content-driven mentality, establishing processes and procedures to encourage a holistic and integrated approach across all forms of content and marketing media. I’ve written, directed, and produced over 100 how-to videos for this new customer education platform by collaborating across the enterprise to understand consumer pain points through a knowledge base focused on proactive education. I’ve also defined and implemented implement new processes to streamline video production, creating flexible assets adaptable to continuing changes in user interfaces while ensuring brand-aligned media adheres to voice and tone guidelines.
