As a current Part 1 Architectural Assistant at Grid Architects with a First in BA(Hons) Architecture from the Manchester School of Architecture, I have ambitions of responding to urban issues through community driven design. Architecture, to me, inspires and narrates the environment, thus it has the ability to create resilient spaces to encourage social cohesion and evoke emotion. Engaging with and involving the community for which we are designing is vital to create a lasting relationship between the built environment and users. I am passionate about designing sustainable spaces which combat not only climate, but human issues.
