ABOUT DAMIR PAVLOVIC

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be involved with technology and computers. From my first Spectrum ZX+ to the cloud, I have always wanted to learn.Individual and team performer:After my Master of Science in Computer Science at Delft University of Technology I started my own business in medical visualization. However, as much as I can work by myself, I wanted to be a part of a team. After a year, I applied to Jason, a leading-edge geoscience technology company. I worked in the application engineering team on many different applications for several Jason releases.Leader of others:An opportunity arose, and I told my boss I want the job of Product Manager for Deterministic Reservoir Characterization. In the past years, I have had the privilege of building, managing and working in the best team in Jason. The PhD level scientists, from around the world, working in my team, have implemented three products as well as numerous improvements I came up with, as well as many others. All of these are well received by the customers. An internal system which monitors the continued quality of our products has been drastically improved based on my requirements.Strategy and business opportunities:I enjoy predicting and identifying gaps or lack of functionality and innovating and creating software products with my team.
