ABOUT DAMIR LJUBOJA
I am the Senior Chief Resident of the Interventional Radiology Residency Program at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and University of Texas. Prior to this I served as the Chief Resident of the Diagnostic Radiology Program at UTHealth. I completed a transitional year/internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital (Mass General Brigham) in 20••••21 where I was awarded the Department of Medicine Award for most outstanding performance. I received my MD degree with Honors in a Special Field, Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Medical School and my MBA from Harvard Business School. I obtained honors undergraduate degrees in Biology and Humanities as a Dean\'s Honored Graduate (top 1% of students) from the University of Texas at Austin.My interests include healthcare economics, medical device development, value-based care, finance, biotechnology, and minimally invasive image-guided surgery.
