Since June 2022, I have been a member of the SpiderMonkey team, working on implementing the decorators proposal and representing Mozilla as a delegate to TC39. From December 2020 to June 2022, I was a member of the Internationalization team. I led an effort to unify our use of ICU4C throughout SpiderMonkey and Gecko into a single library more closely aligned with the interfaces exposed by the ECMA-402 JavaScript internationalization library. I represented Mozilla at the Unicode MessageFormat 2.0 working group as a vice-chair. I was a core contributor to the ICU4X project, helped maintain the Rust based localization code base in Gecko, and fixed a 21 year old bug to support multiple languages in the Firefox spellchecker. From 2016 to 2020, I was part of the WebRTC team at Mozilla. My largest feature was a Rust implementation of an mDNS service within the browser to support hostname obfuscation to help defend against browser fingerprinting. I also maintained our local copy of libwebrtc, and fixed bugs with video capture and screen sharing on Linux, Windows, OS X and Android. I tracked down a lot obscure bugs that impacted security and web compatibility. From 2013 to 2016, I was part of the Automation and Tools team. I worked on our code review infrastructure where I was responsible for the Autoland service to handle queueing and committing reviewed changes to our Mercurial repositories. Autoland used Python, Flask, and Postgresql. I also fixed bugs in our Django based code review tool.
