Currently I work with leading banks and and a leading Life insurance company to bring to life their projects by giving technically viable solutions and managing projects through all the phases of software life cycle. I led the SEPG Team to implement CMMI Level 3 practisesHighlights: Implemented the UPI with facial recognition and online KYC (first of its kind) app for a Bank in Mauritius.Implemented a project for tracking of targets for the sales team for leading Life Insurance CompanyRevamp of an internal document tracking and Loan tracker project for a leading bank in India.Revamp of website with whole dynamic and dynamic calculations for another Small Finance Bank in IndiaRevamp of Admin portals for another Leading Bank in India Worked on distributed remote teams from across the globe for an Insurance Company in the USA - implementing and maintaining the best agile practices according to American standards.Core Responsibilities: Collaborating with multi functional teams including CXO level members at every phase of project cycle- from project kick off to project release.
