Address inquiries and resolve issues from students and clients in Delhi, New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida & Uttar Pradesh regions.b. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution via chat, email, and call support, managing time zone differences efficiently.2. Client Onboarding:a. Onboard B2B partners by granting access to our EdTech platform, Coursefinder.ai, and foster strong, lasting relationships with new and existing partners.3. B2B Partner Management:a. Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with existing B2B partners.b. Provide continuous support and facilitate coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations.c. Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships to drive business growth and increase conversions.4. Training and Performance Analysis:a. Deliver regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to partners on how to best utilize Coursefinder.ai and other related developments.b. Conduct regular performance analysis of partner activities and implement necessary actions to enhance performance and service delivery.
