Work in collaboration with Sales and PreSales on New Pursuits – Net New deals (RFXs) to help deliver most optimized and cost effective solutions and WIN, Fortune 500 conglomerates • Work on large complex deals including end to end Infrastructure Transformation o Driving best solutions in close conjunction with the partners to ensure customers get the best value for money with us. • Instrumental in influencing large and complex spent in most effective manner • End to end ownership of large global spent associated with the specific win / customer • Engage in contract novation based on the wins • Risk assessment, Risk aversion and Mitigation during deal evaluation, assessment and execution. • Negotiate flow-downs and identify / recommend flow-ups • Leading a high performance team of very experienced and expert Procurement team spread over Europe (Netherlands and Sweden), India and Singapore • Smooth transition of large, complex accounts to BAU to ensure the accounts get the right attention, leaving a great impression with the customers that their business is in safe hands • Review pipeline with Sales teams to be ready for upcoming RFXs • Participate in Management reviews, Solution discussions and reviews with Sales and Delivery and also in Governance reviews with CXOs • Review proposals, identify third-party suppliers who can fulfill the needs defined in the RFI, RFP, and the proposed solution • Work collaboratively with category teams on devising new strategies on cost saving and cost avoidance • Establishing fruitful and long standing relationship with best suppliers to ensure Win-Win for all parties including customers and suppliers in order to increase revenue and profit • Hunting for new technologies and suppliers to effectively meet customer ever changing requirements • Execute IT Contracts, NDAs and agreements with new suppliers to create a competitive advantage
