Direct, plan, and manage the Operations in one of the shifts in the 300mm NYCREATES Albany semiconductor FAB, a complex multi-party R&D consortium, with close collaboration with several leading semiconductor industry research partners.*Day-to-day collaboration and coordination relating to wafer production in the FAB with tool, process, research and integration engineers in silicon and post silicon modules including CMP, WET, ETCH, PHOTO, CVD, PVD, MTR, Bonding etc.*Monitor and meet Fab throughput, program deliverables, Fab yields, and overall fab quality and continuous improvement metrics.*Lead the team to develop and implement longer term solutions to Fab operations challenges, by recommending changes to protocols, procedures, and infrastructure.*Collaborate with tool owners, facilities, and equipment engineering teams to identify areas to improve tool performance and actively support improvement/upgrade plans.
