I’m the founder of Sidecrowd Technologies, a local IT and cybersecurity company built for small and mid-sized organizations that need reliable, practical technology—without enterprise pricing, unnecessary complexity, or sales theatrics.With over a decade of hands-on experience spanning retail computer sales, IT helpdesk, outside sales, and sales leadership, I sit at the intersection of technology, business operations, and real-world decision-making. I’ve worked directly with business owners, managers, and frontline teams, which gives me a grounded understanding of how IT actually impacts productivity, risk, and growth.Sidecrowd Technologies was created to solve a common problem I’ve seen repeatedly:businesses being oversold, undersupported, or left confused by IT providers who don’t speak their language. My approach is straightforward—understand the business first, then design IT and cybersecurity solutions that make sense operationally and financially.I remain active in the field, working directly with clients, advising on IT strategy, cybersecurity awareness, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and day-to-day support.
