For as long as I can remember— I’ve been a dedicated, well-researched and curious person. These characteristics drew me mightily towards figuring out how things worked. This drive for knowledge/understanding has proven instrumental to my career as a Technology Savant and has afforded me a personal/professional journey that’s been nothing short of amazing. While my Higher Education years were spent studying Computer Science, it’s been my years as an IT Professional that have been the most exhilarating and rewarding. As I learned more about customer service & the IT industry— my raw passion for helping others bolstered immensely— developing in me a love of mentoring, leading, and helping others be successful. As a result, these combined experiences have cultivated in me a passionate/driven heart, a meticulous/conscientious mindset, and a supportive/nurturing persona that seeks to help teams grow while doing work that helps an organization be successful. Overall, I have 9+ years of experience operating at the individual contributor and management level in both Educational & Corporate IT environments. I know how to have a lasting impact on our customers, teammates, & organizational leaders. I’ve cultivated/maintained positive work environments and worked on in-office/remote teams, fast/slow paced teams, and on new/old tenured teams. Lastly, I have helped organizations identify, plan, and implement processes/policies that were instrumental in scaling growth. With all that said— I seek to continue helping, learning, and developing as a leader on a growing team.
