Assess, develop, coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives that are consistent with Human Resources/Business needs. Assist with the development of strategic plans. Collaborate and serve as a shared learning and development/talent management resource across all company locations. Conduct training needs analysis and develop strategic plans to address those needs Collaborate with Department Heads to identify training needs, define programs to address the needs and support implementation of programs including facilitating training for managers Assess and recommend various training methods, including on-the-job, classroom, web based, vendor courses, conference, workshops, etc. Design and conduct in-house learning and development programs: Soft-skills (E-mail etiquette, performance management & discipline, workplace harassment, interviewing, conflict resolution, etc.) Leadership development & coaching Provide assistance in ongoing new hire orientation training programs that relate to company objectives Participate in various firm-wide projects including diversity initiatives, career path programs, apprenticeship initiatives, succession planning initiatives, company code of ethics, etc. Evaluate training effectiveness and manage associated costs. Create and distribute post course feedback surveys, monitor and apply results Maintain an effective level of Company literacy regarding history, culture, competition, business plans Assist with project management initiatives within Corporate HR.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
