Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, network infrastructure, and peripheral devices across a multi-site environment.• Manage user account administration, password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrollment, and identity management processes.• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot printers, print servers, ELS devices, document scanners, and UPS backup systems to ensure operational continuity.• Support dealership data integrity through Integrated Document Management (IDM) system backups and server maintenance.• Perform root cause analysis for system access issues, network performance problems, duplicate IP conflicts, and scan device lockouts.• Coordinate with field technicians and vendors for on-site installations, hardware repairs, and service escalations.• Maintain detailed technical documentation and case management using internal ticketing tools.
