Damien Weston’s career is a testament to resilience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives around him. Overcoming homelessness as a teenager, Damien transformed his challenging early life experiences into a relentless work ethic and drive that has led to significant achievements and numerous awards and career opportunities.Damien’s career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant in local Skilled Nursing homes, where he quickly recognized the need for profound changes in senior care. By age twenty-one, he became the Executive Director of a senior housing community, demonstrating his leadership skills and passion for people.In Damien joined Gentiva Health Services, a leading Home Health & Hospice organization, where his hard work and dedication propelled him to higher responsibilities. By 2005, he was the Regional Vice President for the West Region Home Health Division, overseeing business development across several states, leading over 300 sales team members, and handling a budget exceeding $600M annually. Damien proudly served with Gentiva for over eighteen years before taking on additional leadership opportunities and continuing to serve people, businesses and communities in his leadership. Damien holds a number of awards and acknowledgments-Miller Heiman Certification Sales Certified-Outstanding Achievement in Education Award-Pinnacle Gold Award -Area Vice President of the Year As the Chief Engagement Officer at Equip Human Solutions, Damien leverages his extensive experience and education, including a recently completed MBA, to drive growth and engagement.
