I have developed over 20yrs of leadership experience while serving in the United States Air Force as a Senior-Noncommissioned Officer. Thirteen of those years were spent as a Special Agent with the United States Air force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). My experience includes planning, directing, and managing complex felony level fraud, criminal, and counterintelligence investigations and operations, as a Lead Investigator, Director of Operations, Executive Security Team Lead and Senior Desk Officer. I have collaborated with federal, state, local and host nation law enforcement agencies to design, prepare and implement an abundant amount of felony level investigations and operations throughout the US, Middle East, and Asia. My experience has allowed me to develop law enforcement working groups, which focused on identifying, constructing and deploying innovative approaches to combat criminal activity. With over a decade of federal law enforcement experience, I have successfully managed multi-million dollar Department of Defense (DoD) operating budgets, resources, quality and performance improvement with extreme precision, under the most urgent and pressure based environments.
