With over 25 years of leadership in technology and operations—and as a proud U.S. Navy veteran—I specialize in guiding organizations through complex transformations across private equity (M&A), public sector crisis recovery, and large-scale corporate initiatives. My career reflects a unique blend of business acumen and deep technical expertise, with proven success in project management, revenue optimization, team leadership, technology strategy, and finance.Before starting my own services company in 2014, I spent nine years at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), where I served as Senior Director overseeing operational and technology due diligence, as well as interim technology leadership for large acquisitions. I also managed cross-functional merger integration initiatives—spanning Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and Logistics.In my later tenure at A&M, I led technology and operational transformation in high-intensity public sector environments, including post-crisis recoveries for New Orleans Public Schools following Hurricane Katrina, and government, police, and education entities across Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. I was promoted three times and concluded my tenure as Global CIO, supporting more than FTEs across 16 countries.Prior to A&M, I spent a decade with General Electric’s Corporate Initiatives Group, managing Global Network Operations and serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt in systems integration with EMC. Earlier in my career, I served with distinction as an Air Warfare Specialist in the United States Navy.My technical leadership spans a broad range of platforms and cloud ecosystems, with extensive experience in implementation, integration, and design. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I dedicated time to hands-on service through the American Red Cross Disaster Cycle Services and my personal charity. During this period, I deepened my technical proficiency in AI and data analytics, focusing on Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Fabric, and security infrastructure aligned with NIST standards.
