We launch companies.• Employment Counseling: A proactive approach to counseling clients on federal, state, and local employment laws. Preventing the fires, but also putting them out when we have to. Our clients don’t need to figure this stuff out on their own.• Employment Documentation: Our clients get tailor-made agreements for their people – handbooks, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, severance packages, and restrictive covenants. We make your documents work for you.• Employment Trainings: We want our clients to be educated so that they can make educated employment-related decisions on their own. We provide trainings on risk management, sexual harassment prevention, employee accommodations, and more.
