Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test strategies.• Collaborate with other pillar leads (e.g, AI & Audit Lab, Data & Infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration across the Digital Audit Team. Represent the Products pillar in leadership forums, contributing to strategic planning, resource allocation, and organisational development.• Champion DevOps principles, embedding continuous integration, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and transparency.• Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team culture. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development across all roles. Set clear goals and expectations and ensure regular performance and development planning.
