As a Project/Program Manager - Terminal Integration at Calgary Airport Authority, I managed and delivered one program and 7 projects including a high-risk Terminal Renumbering project I assumed ownership of mid-flight that impacted all airport operations and had a non-negotiable set deadline and scarce resources. My success here can be evidenced by the fact I delivered updates to 800+ sign faces, 6 primary IT systems, and 6 corporate applications for a project that was awarded the 2014 PMI-SAC Business and Information project of the Highlights: Project Leadership: Outstanding track record of success in leading large scale, diversified IT projects and Engineering Design for IT Infrastructure projects.
